We recently completed a two-story extension at the front of our property and a single story at the back, along with work in the gardens. When choosing a builder, we met with several, and while the quote was important, what sold us was meeting Damien. We both felt we could trust him, and he quickly proved that to be true. It was a big decision, and we are delighted with the end result of our home, as well as the communication, process, and quality of work. Damien has a relaxed approach, backed up by his knowledge, skills, and relationships with suppliers and tradesmen.

Whenever my parents visited, they couldn't believe how tidy Damien and Mark were! I've been told by many that they don't make builders like that! We have two small children and a dog and lived here part of the time - Damien and Mark were always incredibly considerate. Even though we caused disruption to our neighbors, they also commented on how lovely the builders were. When we weren't living here, we had every confidence in Damien & Mark and were completely at ease leaving them to get on with things, which they did (again, incredibly tidily!)

The quality of work has been excellent, and Damien really delivered a first-class build. Trust and high quality were very important elements for us, and being able to have such a good relationship made the entire process much easier than we thought.

Damien and Mark are just lovely people, and we feel really lucky to have picked them. Before our house was finished, I mentioned that I would have to work from there due to childcare & school pick-ups and came in to find a desk and chair set up, along with an outdoor heater Damien had brought from his own home so I could be comfortable working there - talk about going above and beyond! I really couldn't recommend PDMC more, and I think they are a gem of a find!
